Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
HANDSO Sporting Goods is a retailer of sporting goods and equipment. 99% of the items available for purchase on our website are not manufactured by us. Therefore, we are unable to directly guarantee the quality or reliability of the products we do not make. We do stand behind our commitment to customer service, though. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or believe you have a defective product, we will be more than happy to assist you in taking back and/or replacing that item either through us or the manufacturer. What if I have a defective and/or warranty item?
Most manufacturers offer some kind of limited warranty on their products. This warranty is usually for manufacturers defects only with coverage lasting anywhere from 30 days to 1 year, depending on the item. A better description of these warranties can usually be found on the manufacturers boxes, tags or packaging. Some manufacturers also have their warranty policy listed on their website. In cases where the manufacturer asks that the warranty be handled through the retailer you purchased the item from, please feel free to contact us by phone or email to initiate your claim.
Per manufacturer policies, ALL defective or warranty one-piece sticks, shafts, and replacement blades must be taken up with the manufacturer directly. [ top ]
General Returns Info
All returns or exchanges must be completed within 180 days of the original shipping date. All items must also be unused and returned in both the original box and manufactures packaging (if applicable).
To return or exchange any item, simply print out our online return form, fill out the required information, and return the item to us. There is no need to contact us for a Return Authorization number.
If you wish to exchange the returning item, simply fill out the 'Exchanging For' section on the return form. Your order should ship within 1 to 2 business days of the arrival of the returning item. Your credit card on file will be charged for any cost differences and/or any new shipping fees associated with getting the new item to you unless the outgoing item is valued at or over $99.99, then the free shipping promotion is applied.
An item must be returned to us in packaging such as, but not limited to, a protective poly bag, a cardboard box or paper wrapping. Please do not place the return label directly onto the manufacturers packaging of the item being returned. Items returned to us incorrectly may, depending on the amount of damage, be subject to a serious reduction in the credit amount or an outright refusal for credit. [ top ]
What if I received an incorrect or defective item?
Should Handso Sports ship the incorrect product or size, or if you receive a defective or broken item, Handso Sports will happily pay for both the return shipping of that item as well as any charges related to reshipping the corrected item to you. To initiate your claim, please call us at 888.568.8538 or send an email with your name and order number to email@example.com. We will then send a prepaid FedEx return label to you via email. To return the item, simply reseal the item in its original packaging, print and attach the return label and either drop the package off at your local FedEx location or schedule a pickup at your home or office. Once we see the item is in transit, we will then ship the correct order to you at no cost. [ top ]
What if I received an unwanted or disliked item?
If you decide that you do not like your order for whatever reason, you are only liable for the return shipping. To return the item, simply reseal the item in its original packaging, print and fill out our online return form and return the item to us via the delivery service of your choice. Once we receive the item, your credit will be processed and completed with 3 to 5 business days. All refunds are for the full price of the returning items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

What if I return an item that qualified for the free shipping?
If the original order qualified for free shipping and you decide to return the order to us for whatever reason, you are only responsible for the return shipping charges of getting the item back to us. If you request a credit, you will receive the full value for the returning item. We will not deduct the shipping charges for the original order. If you request an exchange and the outgoing item is valued at more than $99.99 then it to qualifies for the free shipping promotion and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. [ top ]
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Any item that has been used, worn or played with, ice hockey skates that have been sharpened, special orders, team orders, and orders with special considerations are not eligible for return.[ top ]
What is your refunds policy on returned items?
Your refund will be processed and completed within 3 to 5 business days after the item or items being returned have been received and inspected. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unworn, undamaged and returned within 180 days of receipt. General Shipping Info
Most standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) the following business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. If, due to lack of inventory, the order can not be filled as ordered, you will be contacted via email by a customer service representative within 1 to 2 business days.
Standard domestic orders are generally shipped either via FedEx or the USPS within 1 to 2 business days of an order being placed. International and/or special orders (i.e., jerseys with custom numbering) may require additional time to ship. Basic ground delivery is usually 2-7 business days after processing. The USPS is the prefered carrier for orders being shipped outside the continetal United States and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery for these shipments occurs within 3 to 10 business days depending on the shipping option chosen at check out. [ top ]
How are domestic orders shipped?
We send all outgoing domestic shipments either via FedEx or the USPS. Standard ground shipping travel times vary between 1 and 6 business days. Do you ship to international destinations?
HANDSO Sports is able to ship most of the items on its website anywhere in the world. Some manufacturers though, require that we only sell their products within the United States. Restricted products will be noted as such at the bottom of their individual product pages.
Whenever possible, we ship international orders via the USPS. International shipments sent via USPS Global Express are guaranteed to arrive in 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination country. USPS Global Expedited shipments take 6 to 10 days regardless of the destination country and do not have a guaranteed time of arrival.
All international shipping quotes given on this site are for freight costs only and DO NOT contain any possible import tariffs that may be levied on the customer by the receiving country. HANDSO Sports does not know in advance what these import tariffs will be and has no way of quoting those costs at any time. HANDSO Sports currently offers FREE Ground shipping anywhere within the continental United States on ALL orders valued over $99.99. Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of the item/items being orderd plus your distance from Southern California and the delivery speed requested (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day). Do you make partial shipments if some of the order is on back order?
Yes, we do make partial shipments, but you will only pay the shipping charges on the first shipment (if applicable), the second one is on us.
